Trust Star Tyres Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Process

  1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

Note: Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us for the shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • For valuable returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
